The Argyle BIA has just launched an “Organic Waste Pilot Project”, the first area-specific commercial collection and recycling program in London. It will allow participating restaurant members to dispose of organic material in an effective and responsible manner.

We are proud to be partnering with The Wormery (right), an East London business that specializes in turning organic waste into compost using worms.

The Wormery will be supplying each participating restaurant with a free bin AND free weekly collection.
The Argyle BIA believes that an organic waste program in the area is crucial to the future of waste management in London.
