The City of London, with help from the Argyle BIA, is preparing a development plan to improve the Dundas streetscape between Highbury Avenue North and just east of Wavell Street. The Streetscape Plan will be a high-level guideline that will contain design enhancements for the street, along with potential opportunities/investments to improve the pedestrian and public space in this area.

The visual elements of a street, including the road, adjoining buildings, sidewalks, street furniture, trees and open spaces, etc, that combine to form the street’s character.
