Due to budgetary cutbacks at the municipal level, and to continue the high level of cleanliness standards within the Argyle business community, the Argyle BIA has launched a “clean streets program”.
With this program we are conducting street cleaning in the area 1-2 times per week to supplement City services. The BIA has hired a contractor to come into the Argyle area and proceed with “high-level” cleanups to deal with visible issues such as:

-Needed spot sweeping of sidewalks

-Poster removal from street fixtures

-Graffiti removal on public property

-Collecting and returning abandoned shopping carts and disposing other bulky items

-Dealing with other “eyesores” in the area.

Our cleaning contractor will be driving a truck with BIA branding to complete the tasks mentioned above.
If you come across a cleanliness eyesore in the area, please send your requests to [email protected] – including any photos or details about the issues observed.
The intent of this initiative is to make a positive impact on the community/area, while directly benefiting our business members.

If you see any graffiti tags on public property, it would be greatly helpful if you could let us know about them or email [email protected] with a description and location so that they can be dealt with, thank you in advance!
